Raquel is our Office Manager who has the all-important task of running a smooth and efficient office. She is the patient coordinator and surgical scheduler as well. She will assist you in arranging your surgery at one of the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale or Mesa State certified Out Patient Surgery Centers.

Kristina is our Medical Aesthetician who helps Dr. Spies in both preoperative and postoperative skin care. She has extensive training and certification in many skin care procedures including Medical Grade Facial Peels and Dermaplane.

Alice is the Front Office Receptionist as well as a Medical Assistant. She will put you at ease with her positive attitude and customer service skills. She will also assist you with all your appointment needs and prepare you for your consultation with Dr. Spies.

Carol is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in plastic surgery. She will prepare you for your upcoming surgery and allay all anxieties you may have. Carol also treats patients with skin lines and wrinkles using Botox or Dysport and dermal fillers such as Perlane, Restylane, Juvederm and Radiesse.
